Can't Find your Taskbar in Chrome? Here is How to Fix it

So I read a lot of stuff on the internet. You will find that good help the first time around is hard to find so I want to save you time and solve your taskbar that is suddenly dissappearing only when you are using Google Chrome.

 Everybody who says to change to small icons and get out of presentation mode, F11 is WRONG. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM JUST DO THE FOLLOWING: 

Right click on the toolbar/taskbar section
Turn on Autohide
Go to the task manager (control alt delete) and go to processes
Kill the explorer.exe
Go to the next tab to the left and start new task
type in Explorer.exe
Unfloat the taskbar and problem solved.

Have you ever looked at all of the stock market prognosticators picks for the year? Do yourself a favor and look back at their previous years predictions and see just how incredibly off they are. This may just further prove Naseem Taleb's black swan theory on how we live in randomness and cannot predict the future so why attempt to?

If you read predictions on climate change and an article today about California on the verge of suffocating under flooding through water vapor than you will agree with me that there are going to be thousands of doomsday predictions and only when one happens by chance will others come out and say "Why didnt we pay more attention"?
